Best of Shadowbox

This summer, Shadowbox puts a rockin spin on rehash with Best of Shadowbox, its collection of the season’s greatest comedy and music, now open at Newport on the Levee. 

Best of Shadowbox, one of The Sketch Comedy & Rock ‘n’ Roll Club’s most popular productions, brings back only the most popular sketches and live music to create an all-star, side-splitting evening of entertainment.  The comedy stage will see the return of nerd love in eDork, the carnage of Marital Kombat, hilarious horror in The Exorsister, and much more! Shadowbox’s house band BillWho? will rock tunes from James Brown, U2, Bad Company, Michael Jackson and others with a set list that will put your mix-CD to shame!  

“This is not going to be a simple ‘rerun’ of these songs and sketches,” said Steve Guyer, Shadowbox Executive Producer.  “We are constantly striving to be better than our last show, so you can expect to see your favorite moments return to the stage even better than they were before.” 

Best of Shadowbox will run Thursdays – Saturdays until September 4th.  Show times are 7:30 p.m. each evening, with 10:30 p.m. shows available on Fridays and Saturdays.  Tickets are $30 for adults, and $20 for students, seniors, and active military personnel.
